Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for complex enterprise solutions, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, manage changes in scope, and devise contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Implement and enforce best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) tailored to project needs.
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Report on project progress, risks, and resource utilization to executive leadership and key stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on enterprise-level technology projects.
- Proven expertise in various project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- PMP or equivalent certification (e.g., PgMP, SAFe, CSM) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday.com).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and risk management.
