Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee the entire construction lifecycle from feasibility and planning to final handover and closeout.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability while adhering to financial controls.
- Team Coordination: Lead, mentor, and coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and architects to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance audits to ensure deliverables meet the highest industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders, providing regular progress reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Track Record: Proven history of successfully managing projects valued at $5M+.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
- Certifications: PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- License: Valid driverâs license and ability to travel to various job sites.
