- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial construction projects ($5M+ budget)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and OSHA compliance frameworks
- Optimize project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Control budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews
- Forge strategic partnerships with developers and municipal authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time/budget
- Expertise in LEED/Green Building standards
- Advanced proficiency in BIM/CAD software
- Texas contractor license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
