Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with blueprints and regulations
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Manage project documentation, permits, and regulatory approvals
- Lead client communications and stakeholder management throughout all project phases
- Optimize construction processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Mentor junior project staff and foster collaborative team environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial projects over $10M
- LEED AP or similar sustainability certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of Texas building codes and OSHA regulations
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost forecasting
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
