Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to final handover
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multi-million dollar projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Implement strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance across all sites
- Conduct regular quality assurance inspections and resolve on-site issues
- Lead client communications and manage stakeholder expectations
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record managing commercial/residential projects over $5M
- LEED AP or Green Associate certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Texas General Contractor license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
