Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from pre-planning to closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, building codes, and local regulations
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Resolve complex issues and mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $15M
- Strong expertise with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credential preferred
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Texas Class A Contractor License required
- Demonstrated success in healthcare or tech sector projects
