The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, architects, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of commercial construction methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization and planning through to final handover and closeout.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Facilitate regular communication with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and report progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks or delays.
- Prepare accurate change orders, RFIs, and monthly pay applications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects over $5M in value.
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of LEED certification processes and sustainable building practices.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel to job sites as required.
