Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of the construction project lifecycle, from conceptualization to final handover.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track and within financial limits.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and identify potential risks or delays.
- Manage the project team, including superintendents, foremen, and laborers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, or CCM is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and current industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
