Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring financial performance targets are met through cost control and resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and clients to align on project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and company quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
- Prepare and present progress reports and project status updates to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- PMP or CCM certification is strongly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
- Strong working knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to travel to various job sites and work in outdoor conditions.
