Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retro) and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams to align goals and expectations.
- Utilize project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Confluence) to track progress and report metrics.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads to foster a culture of high performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a strong preference for Agile/Scrum environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing software development projects or technical initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
