- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting on project health
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate high-performing team dynamics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and JIRA/Asana
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise-scale projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
