Responsibilities
- Design, train, and evaluate advanced deep learning models, focusing on NLP and Transformers.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for model optimization.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy models into production environments with high throughput and low latency.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in the AI community and implement novel architectures.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI division.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and ethical use in all applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML research or software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR) or open-source contributions.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
