We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our elite PMO (Project Management Office). TechFlow Solutions is a rapidly growing technology firm focused on revolutionizing the fintech landscape. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex product initiatives, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, timeline, and budget.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, product, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Strategize: Own the full project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closure) for high-visibility product launches.
- Agile Mastery: Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, guide the team through sprints, and remove blockers to ensure velocity and quality.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing clear, concise updates on project health and roadmaps.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team capacity and resource allocation to balance competing priorities and maximize efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies and tools to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering software products.
- Methodology: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall frameworks.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is required.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
