Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and agile methodologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Resource & Budget Optimization: Manage project budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost control without compromising quality.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and dependencies, developing robust contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Team Leadership: Mentor project coordinators and team leads, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure deliverables meet stringent quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required; PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management within the technology or software industry.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, with a proven track record of leading sprint cycles.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
