- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communication across C-suite, clients, and technical teams
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coach junior PMs and foster continuous improvement in team processes
- Implement Jira/Asana tools for optimal project tracking and reporting
- Drive digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/digital transformation
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Proven success managing budgets over $500K
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
