Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-level software initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication frameworks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to align project objectives with business goals
- Monitor project KPIs using JIRA and Asana, providing regular status reports to executive stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with industry standards
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability and excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT sector
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and hybrid project models
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Strong analytical abilities for risk assessment, budget forecasting, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
