Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver milestones on aggressive timelines
- Implement and optimize agile/scrum frameworks to enhance team velocity and product quality
- Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications with executive-level precision
- Drive continuous improvement through post-mortem analyses and process refinement
- Champion digital transformation initiatives across enterprise clients
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate high-performing team cultures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in IT project management with SaaS/PaaS products
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and MS Project with hands-on budget forecasting
- Proven track record delivering complex technical projects in matrix organizations
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite communication experience
- Deep understanding of DevOps/CI-CD pipelines and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Fluency in agile methodologies with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe/LeSS)
