Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and stakeholders to align on project objectives and milestones
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement performance tracking systems using Jira and Asana to monitor progress and identify bottlenecks
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status reports and executive presentations
- Drive continuous improvement processes by analyzing project data and implementing best practices
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team development through knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
