- Design and oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale corporate events (500+ attendees)
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with meticulous financial tracking and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, logistics, and technology specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts that align with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning for complex logistics
- Leverage data analytics to measure event ROI and optimize future experiences
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues and vendors
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate event management
- Proven track record of executing 20+ high-profile events ($500K+ budget)
- Expertise in hybrid/virtual event production technologies
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional vendor management and negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Aventri)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
