Qualifications
- 8+ years in IT project management with SaaS or fintech experience
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in scaling agile methodologies for enterprise environments
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Confluence
- Strong background in data-driven decision making and forecasting
