Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to deployment and post-launch evaluation
- Strategic planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives with budgets exceeding $1M
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, engineering, product, and external partners
- Risk mitigation through proactive issue resolution and contingency planning
- Team leadership and mentorship of 5-8 project professionals
- Process optimization using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Performance tracking via KPIs and quarterly business reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or tech
- Proven success leading agile/waterfall hybrid methodologies with 15+ delivered projects
- Expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in PM tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project) and data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in change management and conflict resolution
