Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of project lifecycles from conception to deployment, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ members across engineering, design, and product domains
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) while adapting to hybrid methodologies as needed
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with rigorous financial controls and forecasting
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Champion continuous improvement through post-project retrospectives and process optimization
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech/fintech
- PMP or CPM certification required; PRINCE2/Agile PM preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project with data-driven decision making
- Proven success managing complex projects with multiple dependencies and competing priorities
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring junior project managers
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in risk assessment and resource allocation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
