Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication strategy development across global teams
- Risk identification, mitigation planning, and contingency management
- Budget tracking, resource allocation, and performance optimization
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation and process improvement
- Vendor management and third-party coordination
- Post-project analysis and documentation of lessons learned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in JIRA, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Fluency in project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
