Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) to ensure iterative progress
- Develop and maintain project documentation including risk registers, change requests, and status reports
- Manage stakeholder communications across C-suite, engineering, and client teams
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and process optimization
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate team growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT/software development projects
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Asana tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Track record of delivering projects on time within $1M+ budgets
- Experience in SaaS or fintech environments
