- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for complex projects
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate continuous improvement culture
- Utilize JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project for portfolio management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise with agile methodologies and hybrid project approaches
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (JIRA, MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional team-building skills
