Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across departments, including executive leadership, product teams, and engineering
- Develop comprehensive project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation models
- Implement and optimize project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project) to enhance team productivity
- Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes through retrospectives and KPI analysis
- Mentor junior project managers while establishing best practices for project governance
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with precision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling agile methodologies for enterprise-level projects
- Exceptional proficiency in project management software and data visualization tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and ROI analysis
- Outstanding leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams of 15+ members
