Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Lead agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure iterative progress tracking
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and resolve escalations proactively
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and adjust plans as needed
- Document project outcomes and conduct post-mortem analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration
