Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 25+ production staff across 3 manufacturing lines
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Coordinate with quality control team to maintain 99.5% product compliance
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for equipment
- Train staff on new technologies and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering on continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage production budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing supervision with automotive/industrial background
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- OSHA 30-hour certification and safety leadership experience
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
