Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and throughput.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify waste, reduce cycle times, and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Supply Chain teams to seamlessly transition new products from prototype to mass production.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production bottlenecks, equipment failures, and quality deviations; implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and internal quality management systems (QMS).
  • Oversee the maintenance and calibration of complex machinery, including CNCs and robotic assembly lines.
  • Mentor junior engineers and production staff on technical standards, best practices, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and PLM systems.
  • Strong understanding of PLCs, automation, and robotic integration.
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
