Responsibilities
- Direct all daily production operations to ensure targets are met within budget and schedule.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve OEE.
- Lead and mentor a diverse workforce of 50+ production staff and shift supervisors.
- Oversee stringent quality control processes to ensure 99.9% compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain and engineering departments to streamline equipment integration.
- Manage capital expenditure projects and maintenance schedules for high-precision machinery.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Proven track record of success with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S principles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
