Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations across 3 manufacturing lines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for new product launches
- Develop and maintain ISO 9001 quality standards compliance
- Analyze production data to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics
- Ensure OSHA safety protocols are strictly followed
- Train and mentor production staff on technical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership roles
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Expertise in ERP/MES systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and assembly processes
- Proven track record in reducing production costs
- Experience managing teams of 15+ employees
- OSHA 30-hour training certification
