Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met with maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across all production lines to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of supervisors, technicians, and floor staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
- Analyze real-time production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Quality departments to ensure product specifications exceed industry standards.
- Develop and manage the annual operational budget, focusing on strategic cost reduction and ROI optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, automated manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of implementing Lean/Kaizen initiatives with documented ROI and efficiency gains.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large-scale teams of 100+ employees.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex supply chain logistics and production scheduling.
