Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met with maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
  • Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across all production lines to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of supervisors, technicians, and floor staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
  • Analyze real-time production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Quality departments to ensure product specifications exceed industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, automated manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of implementing Lean/Kaizen initiatives with documented ROI and efficiency gains.
  • Expert-level proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large-scale teams of 100+ employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex supply chain logistics and production scheduling.
