  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies and Kaizen events
  • Manage production budgets, inventory control systems, and vendor relationships for critical components
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance departments
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives including IoT sensor implementation and predictive maintenance programs
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and OSHA regulations

Qualifications
