Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 25+ production staff across 3 assembly lines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 20%
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-incident safety records
- Train and mentor shift supervisors in process optimization
- Coordinate with engineering team for continuous improvement projects
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics
- Generate production reports and KPI dashboards for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing supervision
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in automotive manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Valid driver's license
