Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a multi-shift production team to achieve daily output targets.
- Champion Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate process waste.
- Monitor production KPIs, including OEE, scrap rates, and labor efficiency.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety standards and facility protocols.
- Collaborate with maintenance and supply chain teams to resolve equipment bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement ongoing training programs to upskill floor staff.
- Manage production scheduling to ensure timely delivery of high-precision components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of success in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen event facilitation.
- Strong command of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle experience preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001/IATF 16949 quality management systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support multi-shift operations.
