Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and optimize workflows
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, quality control, and supply chain
- Develop and maintain production schedules while meeting KPIs
- Manage inventory control and implement cost-reduction strategies
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- 8+ years in manufacturing management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems (SAP/JDE)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing preferred
