Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure targets are met on time and within budget.
- Implement and refine Lean Manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of machine operators and shift leads.
- Analyze production metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and optimize floor workflows.
- Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure 100% compliance with industry specifications.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and engineering departments to manage inventory levels and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all staff adhere to OSHA regulations and internal health protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage complex production schedules and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with ERP software and advanced data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
