Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations across 3 high-volume assembly lines
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Train and mentor 15+ production technicians on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with quality control team to maintain ISO 9001 compliance
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal material flow
- Develop monthly production reports for executive leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen methodology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing supervision
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP experience highly valued)
- Proven track record of improving OEE by 10%+
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
