Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a multi-shift production team to exceed daily output targets.
- Implement and monitor Lean Six Sigma processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and develop actionable improvement strategies.
- Manage inventory levels, material flow, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Assurance departments to resolve technical production issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
- Strong technical proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between floor staff and management.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems is highly preferred.
