Responsibilities
- Direct daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of all manufacturing orders.
- Mentor and develop a team of 30+ production staff through regular performance feedback and training.
- Implement and monitor Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and optimize cycle times.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company environmental policies.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Manage production reporting, including KPIs, scrap rates, and efficiency metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of implementing Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong technical proficiency with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification preferred.
- Availability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.
