Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities across 3 high-volume assembly lines
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Train and supervise 15+ production technicians on safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering to optimize production workflows
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, first-pass yield, and downtime metrics
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA standards
- Manage inventory control and material flow systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with automotive sector experience
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
