Responsibilities
- Oversee production line operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Design and implement continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to develop new manufacturing processes for automotive components
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective actions
- Manage capital equipment budgets and justify ROI for new technology investments
- Train production staff on advanced machinery operation and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing environments
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality methodology
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks) and MES systems
- Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing principles
