Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to strict safety and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of 20+ production staff to optimize performance and professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste.
- Coordinate with supply chain and maintenance departments to minimize downtime and resource bottlenecks.
- Analyze production metrics and KPI reports to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Oversee production scheduling and inventory management to meet dynamic customer demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing or 5S programs.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of safety compliance and quality control standards (ISO 9001).
- Ability to work flexible shifts if required to meet critical project deadlines.
