Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production operations for a high-volume assembly line.
- Implement and monitor Lean Six Sigma processes to reduce waste and increase throughput.
- Manage, coach, and develop a diverse team of 30+ production associates.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety standards and facility protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks.
- Analyze daily production metrics to report on KPIs and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Manage shift scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal plant performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude for automated machinery.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and a track record of building high-performing teams.
- OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Certification preferred.
