Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multi-shift production team of 30+ technicians and operators.
- Direct daily production schedules to meet strict delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste.
- Monitor KPIs and operational data to identify bottlenecks and efficiency gaps.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to troubleshoot equipment downtime.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all production lines.
- Manage departmental budget, resource allocation, and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen improvement projects.
- Strong technical proficiency with ERP software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and coach diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
