Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse production team to meet daily output targets and KPIs.
- Implement and maintain Lean Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure seamless material availability.
- Provide regular performance coaching and technical training to floor staff.
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedules for high-precision machinery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in Six Sigma Green or Black Belt are highly preferred.
