Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure output targets and quality benchmarks are achieved.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of operators to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze production data, and prepare actionable reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with supply chain and maintenance departments to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine utilization.
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA regulations and facility safety protocols.
- Manage labor schedules and resource allocation to meet shifting production demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S principles.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven process improvements.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
