Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of production operators to achieve daily output targets.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety standards and facility protocols.
- Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-volume orders.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and spearhead corrective action plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for staff.
- Maintain high quality-control standards, ensuring all products meet strict engineering specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (SAP or Oracle preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-trust, high-output teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
