Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of high-precision components.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of production operators and shift leads to foster a safety-first culture.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and ISO 9001 quality management standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to optimize equipment utilization and resource allocation.
- Manage production budgets, labor hours, and material waste reduction programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
- Strong technical aptitude with advanced ERP and production tracking software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management and drive team performance in a fast-paced setting.
