Responsibilities
- Oversee 25+ production staff across 3 manufacturing shifts
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage production schedules to meet 98% on-time delivery targets
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment optimization
- Develop annual departmental budget and cost control measures
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership role
- Lean Manufacturing certification (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems
- Strong statistical process control (SPC) knowledge
- Experience with CNC machinery and automation systems
- Proven track record in team development and conflict resolution
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
